    Creatine Monohydrate is the one you want. For the most part, creatine is creatine, but again, a lot of these supplement companies that don’t test their product have heavy metals and other contaminants in them. This was third party tested and came out “klean” (get it?). Also it really is tasteless and dissolves easily.
